These terms apply to Board Box and its online services. Use the app only when you are legally able to agree to these terms, with a parent or guardian’s permission where required. Keep control of your sign-in account and provide a username and display name that do not impersonate others.
Fair play
Do not harass other players, use offensive profile details, cheat, exploit the service, or interfere with other people’s games or accounts. Game messages and reactions use the presets provided in the app. We may restrict access when needed to protect the service or other players.
Ads, rewards, and purchases
Skins unlock after the displayed number of completed rewarded ads, from 5 to 25. Each bonus game requires 50 completed rewarded ads or its own one-time purchase. Ad-Free is a one-time purchase that removes ads and unlocks all included skins and bonus games. The price and currency shown by your store at checkout apply. Rewarded ads depend on availability; watching an incomplete ad does not grant progress. Rewards have no cash value.
Restoring access
Restore eligible purchases with the same Apple or Google Play account. Purchases are verified before access is granted and can be revoked when a store reports a refund or cancellation. Purchases are platform-specific unless the app explicitly states otherwise. Device-local earned progress can be lost if app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Account deletion clears earned progress but does not cancel or refund store purchases.
Online play and availability
An internet connection and sign-in are required for online games. Connections and services can be interrupted, and a disconnected or departing player may forfeit a game. We may change or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every game session can be recovered.
Ownership and permitted use
You may use Board Box for personal play. Do not copy or redistribute protected app assets, resell access, or bypass purchase verification. Third-party software licenses are available under Settings → Open-source Licenses.
Privacy and account deletion
The Privacy Policy explains how information is processed. You may delete your Board Box account data from Settings. Shared sign-in identities and your Apple or Google account are preserved, as explained on the deletion page.
Consumer rights and support
These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you. Store purchases and refund requests are also governed by the applicable Apple or Google store terms. Contact Help & Support for assistance or questions about these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Board Box changes. The updated date appears at the top of this page. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes.
