Leave a clean table.

Delete your Board Box account data. This request is only for Board Box; data in your other games stays separate.

In the app

Open Settings → Delete Account. Review what will be removed, confirm, and verify your identity with your sign-in provider. The app signs you out when deletion completes.

Without the app

Email us your Board Box username and sign-in email. Where possible, use the email associated with your account.

This opens your email app. Send the message to submit your request. We may request proof of account ownership and will confirm when deletion is complete. Never send passwords, verification codes, or payment-card details.

What gets deleted

Display name, username reservation, and avatar choice
Friendships and pending friend requests
Sent and received game invitations
Online stats and your identifier in saved match results
Notification registrations and private account records
Earned skins and ad progress on the device when deleted through the app

An email request cannot remotely erase data on an offline device. Use in-app deletion or clear that game’s local app data to remove device-local progress.

What stays separate

The Firebase sign-in identity is shared with other Seto apps. Deletion removes the selected game’s data while preserving that shared identity and other games’ data. Your Google or Apple account is unaffected. Store purchase records stay with the original store and eligible purchases can be restored; deletion does not issue a refund. A minimal deletion marker is retained to block stale devices and delayed results from recreating deleted data. Providers’ operational records follow their own retention rules.

Signing in again can start a fresh Board Box profile. Deleted friends, stats, and earned progress will not return.
