Board BoxYour account and profile
You can play offline as a guest. Signing in with email, Google or Apple allows online play, friends, invitations, and account stats. Firebase processes your sign-in identity, including your account ID and the name or email you provide. Email account passwords and password reset requests are handled by Firebase Authentication. Board Box stores your display name, unique username, chosen avatar, friend relationships, requests, game invitations, and online results. Other players can see your player name, username, avatar, completed online game totals and wins on global leaderboards, and the messages or reactions you send in a game.
Device data and purchases
Skins, rewarded-ad progress, selected appearances, unfinished offline games, and verified purchase records are saved on your device. Apple or Google handles payment details; Board Box does not receive your full card details. Purchase identifiers and receipt or purchase-token data are sent to our verification service to validate access. Store purchases remain associated with your store account.
Ads and your choices
The free version uses Google AdMob for native, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads. Advertising services may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, and ad interactions for delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and personalization where permitted. Available consent and privacy choices are presented through Google’s consent tools. You can revisit available choices in Settings. Reward progress increases only after a completed rewarded ad.
Optional analytics and notifications
Usage analytics is optional and can be turned off in Settings. When enabled, Firebase Analytics processes app interactions and device information and may associate events with your sign-in ID. Notifications are also optional. Firebase Cloud Messaging stores a device token so we can send game invitations. Turning off notifications removes this device’s notification registration; invitations remain visible in the app.
Service providers and security
Google Firebase and Google Cloud provide authentication, storage, analytics, messaging, and our game services. Apple, Google Play, and AdMob process information under their own policies. Service providers may process data outside your country. We use authenticated access and limit cloud data access to operate the service. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
Profile and online account data are kept until you request deletion. Invitations expire for joining, but stored invitation records may remain until replaced or deleted. Settings → Delete Account removes your Board Box profile, username, friends, requests, invitations, stats, notification tokens, and local earned progress. A minimal account identifier and deletion timestamp remain to prevent old sessions and delayed game results from recreating deleted data. Sign-in is shared with other apps from this publisher, so this action preserves the shared Firebase sign-in identity and does not delete your Google or Apple account. Store purchase records and providers’ operational records follow their own retention requirements. Deletion does not refund purchases.
Your choices and requests
You can edit your profile, turn off optional analytics and notifications, review ad privacy choices, and request deletion from Settings. For privacy questions or requests without the app, use Help & Support or the contact address on our published policy. We may ask for information needed to verify that a request concerns your account.
Children and updates
If a parent or guardian believes a child supplied personal information without the required permission, contact us to request review and deletion. We may update this policy as the service changes and will update the date shown here.
This website
Seto Games is a collection of games provided by Bhuwan Shrestha. This website is hosted by Vercel. Hosting infrastructure processes request information such as IP address and browser details to deliver and protect the site. We do not add advertising, analytics trackers, or marketing cookies to this website. Email links open your email app; no message is sent until you send it. Support emails are used to respond to your request and, where necessary, verify account ownership.
