A purchase is missing
Open Settings → Go Ad-Free and choose Restore purchases using the same store account. If access is still missing, contact us with the product name and store order ID. Never send card details.
The price says unavailable
Check your connection and store account, then use Retry on the purchase page. Prices come directly from your store; availability and currency vary by region.
How do rewarded unlocks work?
Each completed rewarded ad adds one step: 5–25 ads for a skin, or 50 for each bonus game. Closing an ad early does not earn progress. Ad-Free is a one-time purchase that unlocks all included skins and bonus games.
Can I change my player name?
New signed-in players receive a random display name and unique username. Open Settings → Profile → Edit profile to change them or select an avatar.
I cannot join an online game
Sign in before joining an online room. Ask the host for a new invitation if the room is full, has started, or no longer exists. Unlock a bonus game before joining it.
How do I control notifications and analytics?
Open Settings to turn either option on or off. Invitations remain available in Friends & Invitations when push notifications are off.
