In the app

Open Account → Delete account, read what will be removed, and confirm permanent deletion. Saved accounts require a fresh password, Google, or Apple sign-in; Apple access is revoked before deletion. The server continues cleanup if the app closes. If you cannot access the app, use the email request below.

Without the app

Email us your CardMaster: Card Club username and sign-in email. Where possible, use the email associated with your account.

This opens your email app. Send the message to submit your request. We may request proof of account ownership and will confirm when deletion is complete. Never send passwords, verification codes, or payment-card details.

What gets deleted

CardMaster profile, username reservation, and avatar choice
Friendships, pending requests, and sent and received invitations
Device notification registrations and account-linked receipts
Personal online scorecards and associated player records
CardMaster Firebase sign-in account after ownership verification

An email request cannot remotely erase data on an offline device. Use in-app deletion or clear that game’s local app data to remove device-local progress.

What stays separate

CardMaster uses its own Firebase project. Deleting a CardMaster account does not delete your Google or Apple account or accounts in Board Box, Shuffle Den, or other games. Shared match history keeps anonymous Former player entries; a CPU may finish an active seat. A one-way hash marker prevents an old sign-in token from recreating the deleted account; it contains no email, profile or device token. In-app deletion clears local practice progress on that device. Other offline devices must have their app data cleared separately. Provider operational logs may remain for their normal retention periods. Chips have no cash value and no refund is involved.

Signing in again can start a fresh CardMaster: Card Club profile. Deleted friends, stats, and earned progress will not return.
